Athlete first, coach always

Lauren's background spans strength training, endurance, competitive HYROX racing, running, and Grand Prix-level equestrian showjumping. That range shapes a coaching philosophy that combines strength training, athletic performance, sustainable lifestyle habits, and the mental side of performance.

Training is about more than how you look. It's about what your body is capable of, the confidence you build, and the discipline you develop along the way. Every plan is designed to help clients feel stronger in the gym, more confident in their bodies, and more capable in everyday life.

Environment

Lauren trains clients at a private, professional training facility in Downtown San Diego offering personalized coaching in a focused, supportive environment. Sessions are by appointment only, and no separate gym membership is needed.
